  • Electronic Datasheets is the easy-to-remember name for five software tools working in concert to provide easy access to the design and performance of BIOFAB parts and constructs.  The software tools are the Data Access Client, Data Access Web Service, Synthetic Biology Open Language, BioJava, and the BIOFAB Database.

• Clotho BIOFAB Edition
  •  A synthetic biology computer-aided design (CAD) tool based on Clotho. Clotho BIOFAB Edition is a version of Clotho customized to the needs of the BIOFAB.  Clotho is an integration platform for synthetic biology CAD algorithms being developed at the BIOFAB, academic laboratories, and industry laboratories.  Clotho BIOFAB Edition is presently an internal tool.

  • An experimental synthetic biology computer-aided design (CAD) tool based on open web standards (Javascript, HTML 5.0, CSS 3.0).  It is a platform for rapid deployment of synthetic biology CAD algorithms being developed at the BIOFAB.  The Studio is presently an internal tool.
